Hi, I'm Tiffany Hope, an Emory certified health and wellness coach. My journey in client-centered work began with a bachelor's degree in social work, followed by a master's in social work focused on community empowerment and program development. Alongside my full-time career in executive retail management, where I promote and advocate for sexual wellness and pleasure products, I've embraced my own wellness journey.
Having lost 80 pounds and successfully transitioned off antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications after a decade, I understand firsthand the power of holistic wellness. I'm passionate about strength training, meditation, and embracing my awkwardness. Hiking, reading, learning, meditation, and journaling fuel my soul. Also, I enjoy taking care of my mind, body, and spirit by routinely seeing a chiropractor, working with my own life coach, and going to the gym.
As a coach, I bring a solution-focused, optimistic, and outspoken approach. Authenticity is my hallmark, and you'll find me unapologetically explicit. Let's journey together towards a life filled with passion, purpose, and unshakeable self-love.

I specialize in clarifying vision, creating values-aligned goals, and leveraging strengths, all while infusing love, joy, and celebration into every step of our journey together. I reject the notion that lack of discipline or motivation is the barrier to wellness. Instead, I understand that self-criticism and negative self-talk often sabotage progress. That's why I'm committed to fostering an environment of self-compassion and empowerment. You cannot hate yourself into better wellness – you must love and continuously celebrate yourself to get there.
My approach focuses on making goals achievable, realistic, and aligned with your vision. I believe that celebrating small victories creates the momentum needed for lasting change.
